Kasmira was born and raised in the New River Valley. She has one daughter, who is her motivation to be a better woman daily. Although she has only one child, you can count on her always having a house full of children (nieces, nephews and cousins). Family is extremely important to her. She has always loved children and initially thought she would be an elementary school teacher. After graduating college, she was given the opportunity to join a company with her shared values changing her career goals. She is passionate about WAAOTA because she knows children are the future.
